By accessing or using puresolardfw.com (the "Site") or requesting services from Pure Solar DFW, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Services
Pure Solar DFW provides residential solar, battery storage, generator, and roofing solutions in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. All project scopes, pricing, and warranties are governed by a separate written agreement signed before work begins.
3. Quotes & Estimates
Quotes provided through the Site are preliminary and subject to a full site evaluation. Final pricing depends on your home, utility, financing program, and applicable incentives at the time of contract.
4. Communications Consent
By submitting our contact form, you consent to receive calls, emails, and text messages from Pure Solar DFW about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting service, scraping content, or submitting false information.
6. Intellectual Property
All Site content, including logos, text, images, and design, is owned by or licensed to Pure Solar DFW and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Energy savings estimates and production figures are illustrative and not guarantees.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Solar DFW will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
